Interesting? I bet.. I mean, hey, I would be risking ISA to share this if its not! XD
I repeat that I came across this in an undisclosed website, merely reposting here to ask u guys what u think abt the claims..
I'm not posting this to challenge the power of the Malays, but as a reminder and awareness to all Malaysians that this kinda injustice should not be practised here seeing how fragile our multi-racial community is..
For me, I'll hope to be among those who are gonna add to the numbers in (33).. :P

Choices...

Hmmm.. I've just recieved an offer letter from my college to continue my studies into advanced diploma.. The thing is... I dont feel like doing media studies for another 2 years..
If I continue, I would be able to go to UK at the end of it and maybe try my luck there so I can leave this god-damned place.. But.. 2 years.. I dont think I have that kinda patience.. I love some of the lecturers, they're cool.. But its the subject that I'm taking that I'm against..
Should I go to another college? For those who knew me well enough, U will know that I was from Taylor's previously.. And my parents and myself could not afford to go over this again..
Should I go over to UTAR? Haha.. Rite.. for those who do know me, U will also know that the only option that i have if i go to UTAR is to venture into PR.. and I suck in PR.. >.<
Should I just come out to 'contribute' to the society? I want to leave this god-damned place and I dont wanna sink my foot into the industry as of yet..

The Road Not Taken

TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.

Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

I dont want that to happen, man!
What should I do?? He told me that it might not be as bad as I think if I stick with my initial plan to continue studying, that mass comm is interlinked and I can get a job that I like even I took the wrong course.. But, to me, along the journey I would be suffering.. Its troublesome to even get to college itself.. sigh..
I would really value your opinions.. >.<

Scammed.. by cousellor.. T.T

Lol.. I've finished one of my assignments! *dance*.. Haha..

At least this assignment is easier than the one we had to do last semester.. I remember that the title we chose for our assignment was "blogging".. So.. U think that its a stroll in the park huh?.. crap! that was the worst assignment I've ever done! Argh.. I was so glad that my teammates stood beside me throughout that..

For those of you who thinks that its troublesome to fill out a survey, @&%* you! Do you know how much work those ppl had to pour into creating a survey? First, you need to identify a topic which u wanna survey on, then you need to create a title for it, identify all the problems, state your objectives, make a hypothesis.. These are just the introduction..

Part 2.. Surfing the net for articles or journals that are worthy enough to be reviewed.. I dunno abt u, but nowadays, the internet has became like a junkyard... u can pratically find anything here, useful or not, that's another question.. >.<.. So ya, it took me hours to go thru the net just to get materials that i could use for the assignment.. I wanna salute Denise here for sticking it out and getting most of the articles for us.. U da gal! =) .. that's not it.. I had to review everything and write a summary on them.. and most of them are like.. so BORING! >.<

Part 3.. we showed our lecturer, Ms Chan our err, 'proposal' and.. haha.. before that, she gathered us and told us to create survey questions.. ok, so i thought it was gonna be easy, breezy, beautiful.. and so, we were thinking and thinking and thinking and thinking.. we took forever to get 15 questions (the min that we were asked to get.. XD).. Then, its judgement time.. Come to think of it, it was really funny why we were so afraid of showing her our questions huh.. well, let's just say that we spent almost 2 hours thinking of the questions and she will have us stay back if she rejects our work..

I want to praise whoever that's above cuz we escaped with minor justification.. I feel sorry for that one group with 2 members present who had to stay back and do the work of 5-6 ppl.. >.<

Then.. after photocopying those questionaires, we err, happily divided them to our respondents.. (who were just students who happened to have free time before or after class).. The funny thing abt the results are, abt half of them do not blog.. = =

How the hell are we gonna use these data? Crap-lah.. Then, we need to put the data into a report.. and for all those hard work, we only managed to get like, err, 50% or something... = =

I hate that subject! (Thank god i passed that paper!!!!!! WOAH!!!)

So, what i was trying to say is... I'VE BEEN SCAMMED!! The things that I'm studying in Media Studies is so freakin different from what I've heard from the counsellor in TARC's open day.. I didnt even know that its a research field!!!!! crap! I dont really care abt research.. I think that its a waste of time.. and i dont enjoy doing it!!!! Argh! I wanna do something else................
